Gloria, the lovely lady who helped me obtain and select a unit at the Public Storage in Kahala, was nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. She was a "model" of outstanding customer relations skills--a real credit to the Public Storage company and brand. It was a pleasure to meet and interact with her, and as a result, I will recommend this Public Storage outlet to others who live in Honolulu. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to comment on my experience with Public Storage. I really appreciate your doing so as it allowed me to comment and give recognition to Gloria, who I think is one of your superstars!

The staff (Gloria and Shannon) were so helpful and went out of their way to assist me in reorganizing my storage unit. Their service to help me was outstanding.
