This location has the best staff members, they are all very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Thank you Fern, Debbie, Ron and Steve for doing a great job. Ive had my storage here nearly 2 yrs and Fern and her office crew have always been very helpful and assisted me when I moved 2 times to different size storage units. Their gate hours are convenient and stay open later than most.

I just got a public storage about two weeks ago I was very impressed with the customer service, as they were very helpful with what I needed as they went above and beyond with what I needed. Fern was the employee that helped me as I got the storage size that I needed and all of the employees are still helping me with the extras that I need thank you again Fern, and everyone at public storage in kaneohe.
