I'm not even a customer but I called to come in and get a unit and the lady that answered had such a bad attitude and was super defensive for absolutely no reason. I will not be going there. Do better.

Great staff. Easy access to storeage units. We had a temperature controlled unit. Highly recommend.

Good access to my storage, there is a light inside my unit. The buildings are in good repair.... but the best part are the managers, Ron and Nancy. They bend over backwards to service each person that walks through the door to the best of they're ability. . . . And then go the extra mile. They are personable and treat everyone equally.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Stopped in here to ask about renting today and the woman working the counter was unhelpful, unfriendly, and unprofessional from the moment we walked in the front door. Do not rent from them. There are several other great options in the immediate area to use instead!
