Good prices, easy, very friendly

Just moved in, very easy, place looks good and their prices are really fair. Rich is very helpful and paperwork took less than 5 minutes.

Saved my bacon!

I was on a tight timeline and needed to move my vehicle in same day. It was easy to reserve a locker by phone for pre-arrival check-in. Oops! I tried to save a buck by choosing a unit that turned out to be a foot too short for my car. They helped me IMMENSELY by providing the flexibility to easily switch to a larger locker after-hours without hassle or financial penalty. Kudo's and thanks for the outstanding customer service and communication! (The only improvement I can think of would be an on-site lock vending machine ;)
