Compared other storage facilities-U-Store was the best

I comparative shopped in the Caro Stream area for a storage unit. Previously I was at Public Storage in Lombard-not happy with them due to lack of security, cleanliness and most of all pricing. I found U Store it to be the best in all aspects while making comparisons. The staff was helpful, kinds and courteous. Plus very knowledgeable. All in all a very pleasant experience switching to U store It from Public storage. Paper work was a breeze.

very professional, courteous, customary freindly

Reserved unit on-line to take advantage of extra savings. Although rate was honored, the length of the term for savings could change at any time which was disappointing. Otherwise, the experience was great! Would recommend to others.
