My only problem with my storage unit is no equipment to help!!!

My only problem with my storage unit is that they only have one cart or dolly to assist customers with moving their objects.We had to move everything one by one.It took us alot longer than anticipated.With only one elevator this holds up the process even longer.I dread having to ever go through this again.

I came to vacate today on July 18, 2017. Elaine was there to assist me. She was very polite with assisted me. She made sure everything went smooth and offered me to come back if and when needed. I recommend this location. It's very clean as well.
