The woman who helped me was so helpful! Ciera Humphrey knows her stuff!

Ciera showed me two possible units, helped me with a lock issue, and was patient in explaining the key code. I'd recommend this facility because of her!

Great first time experience in Chicago

I rented the unit to store my sonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s stuff over the summer. The process from finding the location online, called the customer service line with questions, filling out the paperwork and moving in went very well. Once I made my reservation, I received emails to confirm. On the move-in date, the process to see a unit and fill out the paperwork was slow due to Covid restrictions. The staff in the office were very efficient, friendly and responsive. The move in went quickly despite the fact that it was a busy Saturday. I would rent here again.
