The Manager on duty was very ...

The Manager on duty was very professional and prompt, very helpful. She did a great job of managing the space with multiple customers at the same time. I do believe public storage should have two people between certain hours when you have four people getting new storages and three making payments the phone is ringing you have to walk people outside to see the units. I think she did a wonderful managing all tasks and very professional but public storage should consider changing their process.

TANYA was such a pleasure to work with! A godsend she definitely deserves a raise and promotion because I have come to this location and not received good service BEFORE but today TANYA was there and such a big help!
