no live person

When I arrived at the facility for the first time, the kiosk kept telling me a live agent would be with me shortly but nobody ever came. I had to call to get the correct code and then again to have the tag removed on the unit door. I called back a third time and was told that I could just remove it and that my lock would be inside the unit...there was no lock.

Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get my rental special

I only reserved a space here because the unit I was reserving said the first month would be free. Low and behold I still was charged the full price for my rental. And when I contacted customer service she said the manager would be calling me and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m still waiting on that callﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ
