Bait and switch

Originally rented a unit for $31/month. 6 months later they raised the rent to $41/month. Now, not quite a year later they RAISED IT AGAIN TO $144/month - 3 1/2 TIMES WHAT I’M CURRENTLY PAYING. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH MOVE. NOT A PLACE WHERE I’D RECOMMEND.
