If you don't mind rats and increases

Went to get furniture after 2 months and it had mold. Several items were destroyed due to water entering. Insurance didn't cover. Then 2-3x a ur they increase for the same raggedy unit. I started at 62$ now it's 91! Why? Rats are all through there no new doors or walls that don't cave. Then u never knew when to come cuz front desk wld jus leave. It's better now with new person but not worth the increase

Mold on items in climate controlled unit

We rented at this facility based on the reviews but am extremely disappointed and frankly mad as heck. We rented one of the climate control units to store some furniture. During one of our routine checks, we discovered mold on our furniture. When we entered the building we were overcome by a musty odor. We were coerced into purchasing their insurance just to find out the will not cover mold remediation. Very disappointed in the attitude Rachel had toward our situation. No apology no offer to assist. If you do have a climate-controlled unit at this location you might want to check your items.
