Not Happy

Horrible customer service!!!! Started my unit in January when y’all had the promotion 1st month free and no maintenance fees!!! I was charged $33.58, the agent couldn’t figure out why and told me that she would show it to her manager and refund my money!!! Never happened!!! Called back in feb was told to just pay the difference since I never was refunded my money!!! Now it’s March, now I am being charged a late fee and locked out!!! Everytime I call I was hung up on, was told the property manager was going to call me! Never has!!!! Customer Service is Horrible!!!! Fix your mistakes!!!!

Easy access clean unit!

Unit was way to access and clean! Staff was very friendly and easy to rent from. They had the unit ready even though I started moving my stuff after the office had closed. Thank you Storage Rentals of America! You made today a lot easier for me.
