Customer service was amazing

I got my unit online and they honored the price and I got one month free. The customer service was amazing as I was on the road and they allowed me to pay months in advance until I could get back in town. They allowed me to fill everything out electronically and had everything waiting for me when I arrived! I highly recommend this place.

Best experience I have had

This storage manager at the Frankfort, Ky storage unit was the best I have ever worked with. She did not have to help me on her day off with a second unit but she knew we were there and unloading. Guess I had more furniture than I thought. Bless her heart!

Exceptional service and with a smile

I rented a climate control 10 by 30 and when moving in on Saturday realized I needed another one. She assisted with this even though they were not open! Such a professional yet pleasant.
