NO RESPONSE or ASSISTANCE FROM ANYONE, SINCE DECEMBER 2025

I have emailed this company 8 times and left 9 VM's to get answers to all of the extra fees and as of today still no response. I’m following up on all the emails and VM’s left for you to address questions and concern. Please advise me where these additional charges are stemming from. $8.00 late fee and a $25.00 fee??? I’m trying to get this issue resolved.

This place is awful. The Rep. Mae is the absolute worse!!

I started renting my unit on 08/08/25. My initial cost was $67.48 and I paid $47.48 due to the cost was prorated. I have rec'vd 2 certified letters stating that I had a balance of $193.00 that needs to be paid by 01/30/26. Proof of payments are below and please notice the increase in rental fees (without notice or explanation). has been emailed to Mae.
