Life Storage - Scott - 2130 West Willow Street

I am an elderly person. I have had a unit here for probably 10 years. I am in the process of cleaning out my unit #599. While I was at my unit with my daughter going through boxes and boxes of items …… Mr KEN the manager came by. I had no idea at the first few moments who he was …..But that he was concerned for me and my daughter as it was getting very warm outside. He introduced himself and offered to go get us a cold water. I thought that was so nice and considerate of him to do that. We talked a few minutes and he actually gave me good suggestions for dealing with my storage dilemma!!! So because of his genuine concerns to help me make the best decisions for me I will be staying on a while longer but in climate control! When I moved in (about 10 years ago) I never dreamed I would be in storage so long! BUT, things happen that we have no control over and time goes by and gets away from you. I currently have a non climate control unit which I would NEVER get again!!!! Spiders take over! This is a dilemma I can’t handle! I’m so afraid of Brown Recluse Spider’s and my unit at this moment is a haven for them! Thanks to Mr Ken I have solved this problem! He is great and a real asset to lifestorage!
