So I was in the other day looking for a place to store my stuff while I get ready for a move and while I was there Milly was the biggest help I could imagine. She gave me the best customer service, gave me tips on how to use packing supplies to maximize my usage of the space. She was professional but fun and upbeat at the same time. Very much appreciated from the other places I went where the employees weren't thrilled about their job. I will highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

Millie and Christine were both EXTREMELY kind, considerate, and helpful throughout our entire rental time. The Annapolis location is always clean too.
