I was worried when CubeSmart took over the facility from the previous local ownership but the great thing about Dena is that she cares: if she sees you working in your unit she stops by to check in. If you have a question or need guidance, she's there. The premises are well maintained, the office is neat and organized. When I go to my unit, I look forward to seeing Dena.
