PS has been awesome for us! It was so easy to get the space and access was always a breeze. We really appreciate the security there too. We just closed our unit and the man that was there was super helpful and wicked nice. We will always recommend this facility to anyone.

I want to specifically recognize Tom at the Waltham Public Storage location. He went above and beyond to help me, and his customer service was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Thanks Tom!

Tom is very helpful and friendly during our visit at Public Storage. He goes above and beyond to answer all questions we had and helped us find the best unit to fit our situation. He is very knowledgeable about the property explaining pros and cons for the units we looked at. This made our decision much easier and I walked away feeling confident about the choice we made.

I had the most wonderful experience at this public storage location thanks to Tom C. He was so accommodating and resourceful, and helped me get a good deal in comparison to the CubeSmart that’s really close by. It got to the point where I felt I was almost scammed by CubeSmart. So, don’t walk to this location, RUN. Thank you Tom!

I have been trying to manage my unit and have a spot for more immediate access, and Ralph and Tom stopped the project they were working on to come assist me, and when nothing was available they had me check out another location they managed and were able to help me there! So very grateful, moving is stressful and getting this to work was such a relief. Thank you both!
