Beware outside storage

I'm looking to rent at a storage facility again, And when I saw the name Simply storage brought back a terrible time when I had two Perfect condition wave runners on a trailer. They rendered the next spot to someone that had a whole bunch of junk on a trailer and when they backed in they hit the side of my wave runner everything lined up perfect, I knew it was them Damaged the wave runner on that side but they would not give me the information of the people In that spot so I could talk to them. Apparently they knew them on a personal basis. Renter beware..
