I would have rated it higher except for ...

I would have rated it higher except for a few items: 1. employees assume you want to buy a lock; 2. the access panel is not accessible from the car; 3. my unit has an old rusted locking mechanism that is difficult to slide open and the door sometimes does not roll easily. Employees are friendly and prices are reasonable.

I had a great experience at this public storage. Bonnie was very helpful with information on renting and what I might need. The units and whole facility was very clean .
