Easy, convenient, affordable

It was easy to make and confirm my reservation, and the on-site paperwork was simple and quick. It felt safe and it was very easy to unload my items right by the freight elevator using the provided carts to wheel them right into my unit. NOTE: Double check what type of lock you need - the type specified in my email was wrong and I had to buy a second lock of a different kind once I got there.

Great Manager

The manager ( cannot remember her name) was very helpful, even though she is new to this area. I contacted her Friday before Memorial Day holiday and she made sure to contact me when she returned to the office. I appreciate the cameras throughout the facility, its clean appearance and fresh smell. I think management should hire staff to help her, as the office is very busy. Thank You Again!
