Reserved unit then told unavailable 3 days prior to move in

I reserved a 10x15 unit online and made arrangements to move my things. I received a call saying they didn't have units available, and might have one at the end of the month. The guy I talked to couldn't care less that they are showing units available and allowing them to be reserved when they aren't actually available. Very poor customer service.

The people were very helpful, the unit was very clean, the price was better than anywhere else and its closer to my home than all the rest. Very satisfied.
