When we called from St Louis to rent storage we were quoted one price and told that it was open until 6 PM. We got to Kansas City by 5:10 and it had been closed for hours. The electronic regristration was not functional. After several hours on the phone, they gave us a temporary code and we settled up the next business day (at a different price). Your building are well maintained and the faculity seems secure. However, I do believe that you loss alot of business because of the poor kiosk and sound quality (it's facing a busy highway). A sound buffer or booth as well as better data transmission line would increase your business and make it easier for consumers
