Rent increases every 3-4 months?

Last increase was in November (14%). This month the rent went up another 25%. My residential tenants wouldn't tolerate this, neither will I.

Amie the manager ,showed my partner and I the unit and walked us thru the process.We do a clean out business and needed the right unit for us.
