Rentals can be completed on-site using our 24-hour self-service kiosk available in all Red Dot Storage Rental Centers. Customer service is available by phone 7 days a week for assistance.
Facilities are gated and require a gate code for access. Gate codes are provided through the kiosk once the move-in process has been completed.
All units will be marked with a wire green tag. These signify that they have been inspected by our Facility Supervisor and are ready to be rented. Green tags are meant to be broken and must be replaced with your own lock. Locks can be purchased in the Rental Center located by the kiosk.

TERRIBLE

I would not recommend this storage to anybody as a matter of fact I'm telling all my friends to not come here. Too cheap to the have somebody working. They have a kiosk machine nobody there to tell you where the unit is I had to hunt around for a half an hour looking for the thing finally found it not marked. Also don't tell you about mandatory Insurance until you get over there and then stick your card in the machine which cost extra money. I'm disabled and have a limited amount of income that's why I chose his place and drove 20 miles one way but I will be finding new place soon even if I have to pay a little more would not recommend
