Ok, just ok

I reserved a unit, when I went to check in they said the number I entered was incorrect so they gave unit to someone else. Didn't even try and contact me through my email. It was the last large unit so I ended up paying more for 2 smaller units.

Reservation had wrong phone number, and we do not email reservation confirmation. The reservation was made for Monday the 8th. Nobody showed up Monday. They did show up Friday the 12th and I explained that we moved on to next person. and we do have large 10x40 units available . Which they rented. Sorry for the inconvenience..

Security!!!

This is a brand spankin' new facility. I'm storing some rather spendy garage items (tools etc) and am impressed with the state-of-the-art security systems employed at this facility... For example, each unit is individually monitored...as you're leaving the grounds, enter your code to raise the security gate and if you have forgotten to lock your unit an error message will appear alerting you to that fact... Impressive!
