Great Customer Service and Convenient

Reserving a unit with iStorage was as easy as getting online and figuring out what I needed. When I arrived at the location the Facility manager was very outgoing and helpful in answering questions, making guidelines clear, and getting paperwork done efficiently. I was probably on property for a total of twenty minutes between unit inspection, paperwork and questions. You can have 24 hour access for more but if I need something in my unit after 9pm I feel like I really don't need it. Some would say iStorage is a little more costly but the property security, friendliness off the site manager, and the ease of payment process makes it worth it.

I have moved from 10x10 to 5x10. Everything was great, but the lock that I have been using for over a year wouldn't work on the new unit. So I had to spend money on a new one.
