I went to make a payment and asked about transferring to something smaller, Jeremy and Alexandria were very knowledgeable and gave good suggestions. They were incredibly polite and professional. I'd recommend any one who is looking for excellent customer service and efficiency visit public storage on tropicana and mountain vista. Genuinely Satisfied

Ok place, not big enough for a uhaul and trailer

Everything was mostly fine, the grounds could use a little cleaning up as people tend to trash the place. My one complaint is that the keypad and entrance is not too far from the road and it caused the trailer on the uhaul to stick out in the street. Also, getting out of the storage area was a pain with the uhaul, with the trailer as well, there was not enough room. Other then that, it was not so bad and jeremy was helpful and fast
