Manager=woman on power trip

This place sucks, well not the facility itâs self but the manager. I went in behind someone that was already going in and didnât punch my code in, one time. So she cut my hours to office hours. Like thatâs not inconvenient or anything. If they are so adamant on you punching in your code every time you go through the gate then I feel like that is something they should stress to ppl when they are filling out the paperwork.

We have used DHMS before and recently returned because we ran out of room in our attic. We loved the people there then, and we still love them!! Convenient and we feel safe leaving our items there!!
