I had to book a storage unit at short notice and I'm happy that I chose Simply Self Storage. Rasheeda, the property manager, is incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave me a great deal and her explanation of how to use the property was very thorough. The property itself is clean, easy to use, and seems very secure. If I'm ever in need of storage in the Trenton area again, I will definitely choose Simply Self Storage.

Moving is usually an extremely stressful experience. Customer service can also be a very stressful profession. Unhappy employees and customers can negatively affect one another. I was having a difficult day of moving, but was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful customer service I received from Simply Self Storage. This company is very lucky to have Rashida as its representative. She was extraordinarily polite, positive, professional, and quick to provide alternatives when my original reservation did not have the capacity for the items that I wanted to store. Her positive attitude and rapport seriously helped relieve some of the stress from the day and assured me that I had come to the right facility. I felt like I was receiving excellent customer service at a five-star hotel rather than a storage facility in Trenton. Thank you -

The front desk manager was very helpful and accommodating, and explained everything clearly. The facility is very clean and the spaces are exactly as they advertised. It is secure but easy to get in and out.
