I originally reserved online afterwards the Clerck at the facility was effective and knowledge despite the fact of I believe he was fairly new. However willing to help.

Believe it or not, I actually had fun moving in! First of all, I want to thank the manager. We were on the bus there and realized we were going to be late. We called the office and the manager said he would stay until we came. we came at 6:20, 20 minutes after closing time, and the manager was still there for us. He was funny and friendly and easygoing, worked efficiently, and explained everything very clearly to us. He made us feel like we were his friends and answered all of our questions and told us great stories. We had a fun time unpacking because there were a bunch of other people unpacking/packing up too, and we had to figure out how to get the elevators to stay open since we were there past the closing time at 9 when the elevators lock up. It was a fun experience! I would totally recommend.
