My experience moving in was positive. Matt was super helpful and informative. We found the unit clean and ready to move in. My one issue is that there is no central location for a cart. Customer has to "look around" the large facility for the carts. My suggestion for improvement would be to have a central location for customer to take AND put back after use, the carts. If a customer is at the unit outside of office hours, there is no other lights on except the area where the unit is making it impossible to look for moving carts. Its really a back system in an otherwise great facility. I would love to see it improved.

Everything about the experience--from reserving to registration and payment--was smooth and simple. I received a phone call from Matt soon after I reserved online. He was extremely helpful over the phone and made me feel I'd made a good choice of facilities. When I went to the facility to complete the rental process, Matt was great--super clear about how to access the storage unit and all details I needed to know as the primary user. It's so refreshing to meet someone who seems to like his work and his company and makes it his job to be truly helpful to customers.
