Called their hotline and talked to someone who was able to find something just right for my needs. She went above and beyond, even following up on the weekend to check on my reservation. Everything went smoothly checking in and moving my stuff! Would definitely recommend!

Very pleased with the overall shopping experience

Happy with the price, customer service and most importantly the product. Ideally, the location would fit a true NYC lifestyle and have 24/7 access but for the location, price and convenience it was worth the tradeoff.
