So many hidden costs

I went to rent a unit because of the competitive prices and the the AAA discount. In addition to a $22 administrative fee, they charged $10 for insurance (without asking me if I had my own insurance first) and they do not provide a lock, so that's another $10-20 for you to buy one of their locks. Also the first time I tried going the office was locked despite being during their listed hours. Will not be using again.

My Cornell student daughter did not seem to have any problem. With coronavirus and the closing of school, they were very helpful and even called me when my daughter forgot to put a lock on the unit and put one of theirs on until one of her friends could go up there and put their lock on so good for parents of college-age students. They looked out for both of us

Early college storing

Very flexible workers, very kind and easy. The smallest storage unit fits so much. I would recommend these guys.
