Needs some improvement with communication between the online provider's and the actual Co.

Initially I was disappointed as the online site confirmed that my unit was reserved and available, however when I tried to check in I was told there none available. They were able to get me a different. But larger unit on the same day and for now that's ok. The staff were pleasant and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a unit.
