I lived quite a distance and the gals were so helpful emailing paperwork back which made my life so easy. They got it done and even though it took me a few days to get there my things were dropped off and secure. You won't find a better place with great people who will do anything to help. Very friendly, helpful and efficient! I was also glad they had locks for sale that were reasonably priced. I felt good, like I wasn't being taken advantage of. Usually, organizations take advantage of people by overcharging for things like that and it makes me feel as if I'm being manipulated. And so, I happily purchased the lock and felt like this was an organization that did not try to take advantage of people. It was a good start to my first time using a self-storage facility.
