I’m not a month in yet but customer service was outstanding! She was polite and helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable on anything you may need for your storage requirements. The storage facility looked very clean and the size is perfect for my needs. I like that everything is drive up accessible and I don’t have to go to 2nd or 3rd floors. I asked about the plowing in the winter and was told that they plow up to a certain amount of inches of your unit. Let’s be honest, I don’t plan on going to get anything to or from storage on a snowy day anyway so that’s all good for my needs.

If you want to be overcharged, ignored and be unable to access your stored items - than this place is for you. Oh my gosh, I could write a book. However, and in short, I would not suggest using this facility for your storage. Although Mandy the Manager is a nice girl, she will not call you back if you have a concern. She blames her inattentiveness on having to “run multiple locations”. The Corporate office (at least that is what they called themselves), does not care about anything except taking your money. They have promised to “expedite” my concerns, yet they have not done so. Short list: It is not a secured facility; the doors are in a terrible state and desperately need repair, and the grounds are poorly attended to. They refuse to plow in front of your door, and when the snow melts and ice forms it becomes impossible to access your items. This is the third month straight I have either not been able to get into my container or I had to spend hours (yes hours) breaking up the ice in order to get in. I’ve spoken with Mandy, who offered a credit, to which I’ve never seen; multiple calls to her – she never calls back. And “corporate” promised that they would resolve the problem. Both parties never get back to you though. Please, for the love of money, save your cash and go elsewhere. This place sincerely does not care about anything except taking your monthly rental payments.
