Paul Went Above and Beyond

This is the first time I have rented a storage unit. I went yesterday to put more things in my unit and was a little stressed on how I’d successfully be able to put a clothing rack together. I am definitely not the best at such things. Paul kindly offered to put it together for me and did it in a jiffy! He was so pleasant and friendly! I look forward to seeing him and Ozay as I put more things in my unit and will definitely recommend MOTM, Woodbury. They truly have a knowledgable staff with EXCELLENT customer service skills. Five stars!

Helpful and Kind

I am staying with a friend in the interim while I look for a new place. Having a storage unit has given peace of mind in not having to overburden where I am staying. The two gentleman that did the paperwork with me were incredibly helpful, knowledgable and kind. My unit is very clean and perfect for my needs. The hours are very reasonable as well. Five stars all the way!
