The process was easy and simple. The two employees, Grace and Kim, were able to answer all questions and work through a minor confusion point to my benefit. A definite plus to customer service!

Good Start

I was very pleased with the staff and their willingness to work with me to insure all my needs were meet.With great service and prices I will always try to use Public Storage when needing extra storage space. If my retal period goes as well as it started, I will recommend them to anyone needing extra storage.

It was great!

It was great!! The associate was very detailed & very thorough!!! She made sure I had a jacket when it began to rain!! It was a fast process!!! Just awesome!!!!!
