I didn't like the undisclosed lock fee...

I didn't like the undisclosed lock fee and I believe the mandated insurance purchase is not legal and contradicts the very insurance pamphlet that states "The purchase of this insurance is not required to complete your rental transaction" I will be following up on that piece

Fast and friendly service. Love the fact that you can park right at the storage door to load and unload on the first floor.
