Otter Self Storage - Spring Concord

We are a contact less rental process where you can rent a unit from your vehicle or home, on your phone or desktop and move in when you are most available. You will receive a gate code once you move in to enter through the gate. Please note: there is no office on-site.

We are a new facility with ready to rent clean and secure units of all sizes. We have a mix of climate controlled units, which can fit all of your storage needs. We have an elevator lift access and stair access for units on the second floor. The facility is well lit with upgraded LED lighting, secure fencing and gated entry, along with keypads that provide an individual access code. You can skip the office hours and move in directly over your smartphone or desktop by visiting our website. Gate hours are 6am - 8pm Eastern time.
