Highly recommended!

We did a lot of research. Loved that a new facility was located so close to us...it is very clean and the prices are very reasonable, especially with the first month free. Jennifer was our customer service person at the facility and she was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Billing is ridiculously slow to process payments

The facility ks cert clean. My issue is with the processing of payments. If you donГўв‚¬в„ўt pay through their online portal, or physically drop a check off it takes 10-15 days to process. This is the only company that takes an additional 2-4 days past the day the money is withdrawn to process online bill payments. For payments due on the 1st, you have to pay by the 15th of the previous month or access is cut off. If you pay ahead they Гўв‚¬Е“canГўв‚¬в„ўtГўв‚¬Вќ send you bill. I have tried to pay a month ahead and then they stop sending statements. Their system for process payments is archaic.
