Easy simple process, easy access, very helpful, good price. I had a great experience use the storage. Great for people who hate sitting on the phone like me, everything done online, quick and easy.

I called for confirmation on my unit. On line the one I wanted wasn't available. So glad I asked and they had one at the same price for the one I reserved. Easy move in, great prices and awesome promotion.

I realize that CopperSafe just took over management of this storage facility, but from my perspective they made sure that everything worked smoothly for you to sign up and give your money, but not actually access your storage space. Basically, management needs to make sure that all online and automated email information aligns with reality. Online & email information says you should go check in to the facility between 8AM and 8PM, and show your government issued ID, to complete check in. Yet the building is unstaffed and when you get there, your only recourse is to call customer service. I called three times before I was able to access the building and my storage space. Call #1 was to get the access code for the building. The access code turned out to be wrong. On my second call, I was given a universal access code, which worked. Then I arrived at my storage unit to find a wire and green plastic tag on the lock area which I had to break off. Again, I had to call customer service to figure out this is what I was supposed to do. It's not hard to modify an automated email to include this information. I'd like to note that Tiffany in customer service was very friendly, patient, and super helpful.
