Pleased overall

I liked that I was able to handle everything remotely, though the online form is pretty wonky—getting the cursor into some of the fields can be a challenge. Insurance is reasonable, everything inside is new and clean, access is easy, and a guard has been on duty whenever I’ve been there late. (Note: I rated customer as helpful, though I haven’t interacted with a person (a plus)—there is no NA option.)

I am very pleased.

I have rented other storage units in the past. In comparison, this price is exceptional and the storage facility is very clean. The entire process is exceptional. From the security and the way of accessing the facility, and all the way down to the units having an overlock supplied by the company. I had immediate assistance when I ran into a snag, and was taken care of by the call center. I am looking forward to my experience with this company in the future.

Disappointed

On move in day I was notified via email that my unit was leaking. I was already moving in. Long story, and several emails later, I was offered a new unit but just paid a moving company to get me there I don’t have the money to pay them again!
