I moved from Washington, DC to Wilmington, NC and needed a facility to store the contents of my 4 bedroom home while the new home was being remodeled. CubeSmart was recommended by a family friend…and it was the best recommendation he’s ever made. Pamela, the store manager walked me through the process and gave me a tour of the facility. I explained what I needed and she made recommendations. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. When my furniture was delivered a few days later she helped make the transition as smooth as silk. The facility is always spotless with easy and secure access. I always felt my belongs were safe and secure. If you ever need storage…CubeSmart is the best…and ask for Pamela.

This is one of the best storage facilities I have used! Everything is handled online which made everything super easy and seamless. The space is so secure. You need an access code to get into the building and then into the elevator, so it felt extremely safe. The price was very fair, even a little less than some of the others I looked at in the area. They provide hand carts, which was so helpful since there were only two of us moving all of the stuff into the storage unit. Everything is super clean and nice and there are tons of units. If you are in the market for a storage unit, I would definitely recommend this one!

As a Veteran I can tell you I have had storage units all over the country. CubeSmart in my opinion has redefined the game. What's different you ask... How about everything.. It's by far the cleanest and for the services they provide, extremely reasonable. However, what's most important to me that they excel to another level compared to the competition.. Is SAFETY...I can't stress that enough. Their point of entry and control systems in place are top notch. That's what the competition fails at bigtime, it doesn't show up in a profit statement.. CubeSmart puts me and my families safety as a top priority and it may go unnoticed... Not by this guy... Outstanding office staff. Pamela sold me about the benefits of the facility instantly.... We are super happy and feel completely safe and secure while on the premises.. Trust me... That's the mkst important thing at the end of the day.. God Bless...
