Great community service

They had a donation box for the Lorain County Dog Kennel and as I was there I acquired about the storage units. The manager was very informative and gave me a tour and showed me an empty storage unit so I could see for myself if that would be sufficient. Very clean and reasonable prices.

Was worried about new owners, but pleasantly surprised

I received a notice that this facility was under new management, I immediately called the facility to make sure someone would be there because I had questions, when, why and whats going to happen...I walked out of the office after meeting the new manager at ease that my belongings were safe, I got all my questions answered and felt comfortable with the new management.
