I called to reserve a 5x10 space. The gentleman was very helpful on the phone. After our conversation, I received a callback from the store representative, informing me that there were no 5x10 spaces available for drive up use. Rose (representative) gave me information about a 10x10 space. I went over to the location that same day to finalize my reservation. Rose was there. She was professional, kind and thorough in providing me with details. I enjoyed her pleasant attitude and wonderful customer service. The store was super clean and presentable.Full Review
