Very friendly, reasonable, accomodating business.

I had a very good experience. Reserving and renting the space was quick and easy. The renting process was handled thoroughly and in a friendly manner. I really like the free lock I received for my unit, and I was happy they worked with my requests about privacy. I've never rented a storage space before but my research shows that I got a reasonable price for the size of the unit. If I had any control though, I would want a slightly bigger space for the same price, but I suppose that is a common complaint. I wish they had tarps or drop cloths for sale or rent in hindsight because, although my space was not very dirty, it had a lot of cobwebs. Upon request though they provided a broom and I got the unit cobweb-free quickly, and I don't think my stored items will get dirty in there but I ended up wanting a drop cloth. If they had some on hand that would've been ideal. Overall though, I am happy with my situation.
