TWO price increases in less than one year

I had my first price increase only a few months into renting, and this last increase was 12%! They don't tell you this when you sign, of course. Also, my rent is supposed to pay for the gated feature, but I have driven to the site at night to see the gate up for no apparent reason on a handful of occasions. I called to report this but they don't seem to care. They've also messed up my auto payments more than once, which was a pain. They charged me TWICE a few months ago, and it took several days for the credit to hit my bank account. The only good thing I have to say about Milford Self Storage is that it's clean. Move with caution, they start increasing your rates fairly soon, and with no explanation. I'm moving my possessions next month. That's what speaks to these owners - empty units!

Excellent facility. Would have liked to see the pricing a little more in line with some of the other storage facilities. I used this one due to its location. If not for that the price would have swayed me to use another facility.
