First of all, let me start by saying Kim and her staff are wonderful to work with. I actually rented a unit over the phone and filled it then turned in my lease agreement and payment. Super easy and convenient. My only complaint is the parking lot is not paved. It is gravel and made moving things in and out of my unit a real task.
